SDEC was formed by Marketware Technologies to help accommodate the participation of Small and Disable Veteran businesses for our current Statewide Sourced Contract for Personal Computers and Workstations (1-09-70-01A). State Agencies and Departments are mandated to include participation by Small and Disabled Veteran businesses. Marketware Technologies is dedicated to working with the Small Business and Disabled Veteran businesses involved in the field of Information Technology.

Marketware Technologies Small Business and Disabled Veterans Enterprise Consortium (SDEC) is designed to leverage participant skill sets to bring technology solutions to California’s Public Sector. From the current California Statewide PC Goods Contract for Desktops and associated products, the California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) to the Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA), Marketware Technologies and SDEC are dedicated to fostering the spirit of community and competition in the Public Sector.  For a complete listing of SDEC partners, click here.

The State of California mandates that a percentage of total purchases of goods and services be awarded to Small and Disabled Veteran businesses.
