Marketware Network Maintenance Outsourcing Services are designed to be flexible enough to suit all Customers – from very small installations to large networks. The starting point to a support service is the basic framework of services, which is designed around the individual Customer’s needs.
One of the unique features offered by Marketware Network Maintenance Outsourcing Services is how we represent the Customer to required parties and/or suppliers. Marketware handles all interactions between equipment manufacturers and service centers. Marketware becomes an agent acting for an on behalf of the Customer. This allows our Customers to concentrate on building/managing their business while we leverage our vast experience and knowledge of the network industry to resolve issues.
Typical maintenance contracts include:
• Ordering new telephone and other network services.
• Contact for Internet Service Providers.
• Contact for hardware and software vendors.
• Record-keeping of equipment configurations.
• Tracking and renewing periodic vendor maintenance subscriptions
All maintenance service contracts are calculated on an annual fee basis. Annual fees are payable in advance, but there are numerous payment options from full payment at the commencement of the maintenance period, to monthly charges depending on the type of maintenance provided.
Where service involves the replacement of hardware and/or software, only individual items listed in the service contract as identified by serial or license number are covered by the agreement. Where possible, Marketware will provide back-to-back agreements with the vendors involved.
