Western State Contracts Alliance (WSCA)

The purpose of the this WSCA Master Price Agreement is to provide a purchasing vehicle for Cisco Networking Equipment and Maintenance Services for all State Agencies and local government agencies, which includes any city, county, district or other governmental body empowered to spend public funds per California Public Contract Code Section 12110.

California Multiple Award Schedules (CMAS)
CMAS offers a wide variety of commodities, non-IT services, and information technology products and services at prices which have been assessed to be fair, reasonable, and competitive.  The use of these contracts is optional and is available to both California State and Local Government agencies.
